Terms of Service

By enrolling in any program at Vector Lens, you agree to abide by the guidelines established for our New York campus and digital platforms. We've crafted these policies over 12 years of photography education to ensure that every student gets the most out of their DSLR fundamentals or editing workshops.

Do you have questions about your registration? Our team is always here to provide clarity. We believe that a clear understanding of the "fine print" leads to better focus on what actually matters: capturing the perfect shot.

Cancellations & Refunds

Life happens. We get it. If you need to cancel your spot in a course, please notify us at least 7 days before the start date for a full refund. Cancellations made within the 7-day window may be eligible for school credit.

Intellectual Property

You own your work. Any images you capture during our classes remain your property. However, Vector Lens reserves the right to use student work for promotional purposes only if explicit written consent is provided by the photographer.

Student Ethics & Conduct

Our studio is a place of learning and creativity. We expect all students to treat equipment, instructors, and fellow peers with the highest level of professional courtesy. Repeated violations of our safety or conduct protocols may result in removal from the course without a refund. Why? Because the safety of our expensive gear and our people comes first.
